License Transfer?

I'll likely be completing the purchase of a Link in the for sale section of this forum.

Any experience with license transfers? No hassles with Thermwood to do this? I left a voicemail today but they have not called me back.

If anyone has had a similar experience to share don't hesitate...

I purchased mine used. No fee invloved. They like to update their records with your info to keep their records straight.

Basically anyone can download the software, but you have to own the dongle for it to post to the bot.

LIke Kenneth says, Thermwood allows transfers without a hassle. I would confirm that the one you are purchasing is able to be transfered prior to purchase. There are some beta versions that would not be able to transfer and there was also one stolen.

Please do not take this as a negative reflection of the current, and most likely legit owner, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
