I am making beading for a Piano I am refinishing.
Doing this in Aspire and the first picture is the beading after two rail sweep.
The second is after tool path.
What have I done wrong.
I did this in Aspire.
Any help would be great.
Thanks Mike M.

You need more room between the component & the Y zero location. Move the beading up in Y and re-toolpath.

I don't know this pgm but maybe you have to put a vector around the beads to keep it from cutting to the edge of the material?

I just wanted to feel smart too. :)
FYI, If you twiddle the model to a more side perspective and look close at the toolpath preview on the preview screen you can see where the bit stops and hops up too soon etc...
