High Polish Acrylic Material

I am looking to cut letters from a high gloss type material 3/4 of an inch thick. A choice of colors is important. Something like plexiglass or an acrylic material. Looking to produce very crisp letters.

They will be inserted into pockets in a concrete sign.

Has anyone had any success making something along these lines? If so what was the product ?

Some colors are available "standard" from the usual Acrylic suppliers.
Thicker sheets are available.
Another option is Evowe/Luxface "crystal" line. Any pantone color is available. This is a custom line of great stuff that I rep in Florida and you can e-mail me for more info (click on my name above for e-mail option) or call at 954 dash 717 dash 8430.
