Registry Error for VisEdit

Hello fellow botters,
I am trying to install VisEdit on my new tower (running Windows 7 home version) and I am getting an error. To be exact it says:

"Exception EOIeSysError in Module VisEdit.Exe at 0011DDC1. Error accessing the OLE Registry"

I have installed VisEdit onto a Windows 7 machine before with no problem so I don't think it is the OS.

Any thoughts?

Ben,

It sounds like you could have some registry permission problems. Did you try right clicking on it and run as administrator?

Google the error in different ways ("Exception EOIeSysError in Module" and "Error accessing the OLE Registry"), there's a fair amount of info to checkout and try.

Check VisEdit support also.
