Converting .prt files to .dxf

Can anyone advise how I can convert 2 each .prt files (I think they were created in PRO/Engineer CAD software) to .dxf so I can inport into Aspire or V-Carve Pro.

Actually, if I could just view the .prt files that would be a start, but I would like to get them converted to .dxf or into a format that would inport into a Vectric product, if possible
