I have a couple parts that I would like to try and make on my indexer. I bought my machine a little over a year ago and purchased the indexer for the PRS standard but I have never plugged it in and tried to use it. I have no idea how to run the indexer or draw the parts.

Is there anyone interested in drawing some simple parts for me and maybe writing up a how too on making it work. I have not mounted it yet but I can do that I just have no idea how to make the indexer work or how to draw the parts.

Here is one part the roller is 4" around at the widest and 2" at the narrowest and 4" long. I buy 4" stock that is usually 4.25" in diameter but very irregular so it needs to be turned to 4" then profiled. I will make 4" long blanks and center drill them. I will make a mandrel to mount 4 or more at a time.

Here is an aluminum shaft I would like to be able to machine. Look at the bottom of my web site at the aluminum shafts.

I am currently paying two shops to produce these parts and I bought the indexer to eventually build these myself or at least try. I wanted to wait until I was fairly proficient at making my other parts and learn the bot a little before trying to use this indexer but I am ready to give it a try. I am willing to pay for someone's time that has the skills to help me.

Thanks Mike
