Jobs like these are so stressful. this one they drew a full size plan on a piece of 1/4" material. so I had to measure and draw it it up. trying to figure out how to get the molding detail took a little planing. but I finally just draw a center line on each circle then cut on the left and right offset .125 with a 3/4" ballnose bit. the rest was just pocketed out. This is going to be a massive door on a house the smaller loop peices are the top and bottom stiles for the door. I was worried about warpage but I had enough wood to screw it down. it still seeemed to move a bit since the cleanup cut of the 1/4" bit does not always match the 1/2" bit used for the bulk of the work. but they will lightly sandblast the door so that will take care of the toolmarks.

I wonder why you not made the center circles separate and pasted on the Flat wood?.. Its just simple 2D...
