Attached are drawings of two small Delrin bushings. I need 100 of each by October 12. I realize that's a tight timeline. Can anyone take this on?

Seems like someone with a lathe could make those for you pretty quickly.

Notice one set is oblong, not round. Lathe won't do it.
These parts are perfect for a desktop although there is no reason a tightly adjusted larger bot won't do it.

You'd have trouble machining the oval ones on a lathe...

What are the details regarding materials and shipping? Also, would customs be involved?

It's Delrin (acetal). GP or general purpose grade is fine. Colour is black.

Shipping is through my Fedex account. Customs is not an issue. You just have to include a commercial invoice with the waybill. I can prep all the documents and send them to you as a PDF.
