Has anyone ever done a mask for Halloween on there bot.
It's getting to be that time of year and I thought I'd inquire if anyone has done this or has any links related to it.
The wife wants me to put some effort into it this year.

Brian,
Machining a convex/concave mask is fairly tricky. The best way to approach this would be to make a positive master mask on the machine, then Paper-mâché over it. At that point it would be light, strong and ready to paint. Don't underestimate the strength of Paper-mâché.

What bit do you all use for carving pumpkins ???
I would suppose Brady has a "bot pumpkin" on display by the road and they are lining up...
I would suppose a 3d scan is needed first...

Or better yet, use carbon fibre.

I imagine Brady milling out his own head then vacuum forming one of those pumpkin molds. Letting it grow into the shape of his head.
