Hey, figured i really need to be more active here. After receiving some much needed troubleshooting help (and got it!) i have my cnc up and running smooth.
I'm in northwest Ohio, had my bot for about 3 1/2 years. This is pretty much all i use it for, other than the occasional sign for a friend or family member.
As far as i know, i'm about the only guy that makes 100% accurate reproduction cabinets, and it keeps me more than busy!
Some of my work:

Looks nice. Some of your cabinets look like they are made of birch plywood and some look like MDF - is that right? If you use MDF, do you use a special grade? I'd think MDF would be a little soft for the front edges.

David those are awesome. Do you make these cabinets for some company or for you? I guess what I’m getting at is this a very, very serious hobby of yours or what? There are a lot of cabinets there.

mostly Birch ply, i do use particle core white and black melamine for cabinets that had that scheme originally. They are fragile, but look awesome and no need to paint. These all go to collectors, so they don't get moved around from location to location, just home use. I make and sell these to the arcade collecting community, it's a side business for me after the day job. There's tons of folks who collect, restore, and repair games. I had 50 + machines at the beginning of this year, and scaled it back to about 22 or so. I built a 12X16 barn to store them, and my arcade got turned into more workspace. I have a very small garage and the cnc and woodrack take up a ton of room!

Is it bad that I can identify the cabinets to the game without paint?
That's a great job and a nice niche.
