Excellent Dan. A pleasure to see that kind of thing restored instead of bulldozed!

to answer some questions yes there has been alot of work done on the exterior portion of the home and alot more to go. we have used the bot to do exterior window sills on a two story rotunda and some porch roof brackets.hopefuly this week we will be doing a oval replacement window. I will post as it is completed. as far as the materials the historic people specifiy clear pine primed on both sides before installation. this has been a really cool project to see how things were done at the turn of the century. cant imagine doing it all by hand.
