I have been having my router stop and tell me it has hit a limit switch where none exists. It is always in the 91. to 96 x-axis area. It does not always happen and I can't get it to repeat in the same area. I tell it to continue and it happly does.
It is not loosing steps. Confussed why it does it?

I had a problem that was like this it was the ground wire to the proximity switches in the control box I moved it to a different pin and have not had that problem. It could be a bad wire triggering this

Another cause of this is static discharge. many times a dust hose will flop over when the gantry moves to the +x end of the table. When it flops over it can make contact with the gantry, zzero plate or ground clip. Make sure all is gounded well.
