Help with file

I'm trying to get this file cleaned up so I can cut it out, but I can't get it figured out. I do cabinets and I've never tried much of this type stuff. I tried the "Vector Doctor" but it doesn't do anything. I'm using Artcam Insignia. Thanks Guys

It appeared to be a spiral, vectors on top of vectors. perhaps a tool path converted to vectors?
