It's a newbie question on the link. I run c2 zero the z axis to the table and how do you set in the software so it cuts the right depths and not into the spoilboard ? Also in e-cabinets what tolerances do you generally run for cutting blind dadoes? Thanks in advance.

The code output by the Link is made for zero to bed application. However, you will need to make a small modification to the OEM SB MTC file to enable this feature. SB Techs can help with this as the OEM version of the MTC was written to be more in line with PartWorks users that primarily zero to top of material. You can also use zero to top, but history has shown this method to return less satisfactory results in the long run.
I usually use .015-.020 for the depth clearance and depending on the material 0-.010 width clearance. Both of these settings need to be set for your machine, material, bit and cutting speeds and direction, so be prepared to make a few test custs.
