Programming for Second "Z"

Does anyone out there know where I might find a conversion utility to convert existing shopbot files to run on my second Z axis (A)? Just added it .
Works fine when i use the post processor in Partworks, but I would like some way to convert my old files.

With the VI command, swap V and A in output channels 3 & 4 (Assuming the A is on output 4). Now all your older files Z commands will go to the new Z axis.

I wrote some custom files that will swap my two Z axis for me and also move the DRO values for me.
