Well I finally got around to using the indexer. It took some time and some help from some forum members, but I think I got the hang of it. I just made these 2 parts for demonstration. I really have no need for these, but I learned many new things from doing these 2 and I can expect to see some cool turnings from my students.

Mitch,
you're not allowed to post something as cool as that without some details man!!
How did you create your toolpaths? More details...i'm impressed.

I used ArtCam for the design of the turnings. I had 2 toolpaths. First was a Z level roughing with a 1/2 endmill and second was a 1/8 ball nose. I am working on one now that has some carvings on it. Should be done next week.....I hope.
Nice work.
Is it possible for you to post the Artcam model of the carving you are working on? (I can't wait for nest week to see it!)

It may be longer than a week, but I will post it.
