vfd speed control

I am trying to install a speed control on my HSD 2.2 spindle and am Having trouble with the programing. They say to Dspl button to go to program and the use the data button to set at 153 but I can't get the display to get above 50.

After spending some time on the phone with Ryan I got the programing set up and installed a relay board to start and shut down the spindle. Every thing is working like it should. I was wondering how you mount the relay board I have it on taped to a piece of cardboard sitting on the bottom of my control box now but I wanted it mounted a little better.
