I have a job cutting out magnetic designs and was wondering the best way to go about cutting this stuff.

Go to a hobby shop and purchase a swivel knife. Chuck it into the router and run your file as you normally would. Just don't turn on the router and set your depth to slightly less than the thickness of the magnetic. If you have a sheet of steel to put the stuff on to hold it, you'll be way ahead of the game!

Jerry,
I had to cut a lot of 5" circles out of the stuff that was about .100" thick and since I did not have much clearance, so I just used the same 1/8" 2 flute straight carbide router bit that I might use on dibond small pieces. I don't remember the speeds and feeds, but I was not in a hurry since it was an 1/8" bit. Vacuum held the sheet in place.
