Could someone please model this for me?

I have the image vectorized in Vector Magic. So here is what I'm hoping that someone on this forum can help me with; make the cornea curved (.75" max protrusion) just like an eye is curved i.e. a complex curve, then upon this compound curve, place the buildings maybe 1/8"- 1/4" proud of the cornea surface. If possible id like the buildings to have a (>) peak line top to bottom. Anybody interested?

i could take a stab at it but you definitely would need a larger size file, as big as you can get it the better. you can email it to me, but i'd rather not do it if you have 2 or 3 others working on it at the same time because someone will be wasting effort, but i don't mind doing it.:D
