Burr free cutting of copper and brass?

I have always had a burr issue when cutting these two. I thought a climb cut but sometimes I see the burr on both sides of the cut. I use a 1/8" or this time a 1/16" 2f endmill 1ips and 8k rpms. .02 per pass with the 1/16"

Single flute spiral-O with shortest length of cut. Air cooling with compressed air. Ditch the end mill...unless it is HSS and specifically made for cutting AL.
