Issue with beta SB

I recently downloaded Shopbot's latest beta control software http://www.shopbottools.com/mSupport/controlsoftware.htm
I decided not to use it and went back to my previous version. I had to uninstall the beta and reinstall theolder ver. SB3.5.18. Now when I am in Aspire and looking to import a JPG., vector, or a component the window that should list available folders only lists the SBParts folder.
I don't know if this is an issue with the Vectric part of the software or the Shopbot side. I also don't know how to remedy the problem.

Hey Phil, I just came across that the other day on a fresh install of XP and the Beta on a spare laptop that I wanted to use for some testing.

Here's the fix, at least it did it for me.

To restore the default places bar locations.

1. Click Start, Run. Type Regedit.exe and press ENTER
2. Navigate to the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ comdlg32 \ Placesbar
3. Right-click Placesbar and choose Delete
4. Exit the Registry Editor.

It should then be restored. If not try logging off and back on.
