I've had this problem a few times. Yesterday I had to run a 3D cut file twice. After completing the cut it went back to the beginning of the cut and started all over again. When I ran the same cut file a second time on another piece of wood it did not run twice.
I have SB 3.5.18

Attach the SBP file with a "txt" file extension so we can take a look to see what is happening

I've attached the file. It has a SBP extension. I don't know what you might see. I ran it in Aspire preview and it looked fine. This isn't the first time this has occurred.

Are you sure the "repetitions" box isn't getting an inadvertant boost? That ALT-L can be a [female dog] ...

Dont see any attachments. I was going to look in the file to see if there was anything that might make the file repeat. This would eliminate a design or postP problem. The other causes would be settings at the machine. Like Joe says, repetitions could be one cause.

Apparently the file is too large -1,498 KB.

Khos - If I did do the ALT L it was inadvertent. Don't know what else it could be.

Unless that (older) version retained the settings from the last use......?

The problem occurred on the first run of the cut file. It ran as expected the 2nd time I used this cut file.
