I have assembled my alpha96 three weeks ago and have just now reassembled my prt96. Is it possible to run control software for an alpha and a Prt on the same computer. I will not be running both at the same time.

Ryan,
I don't see any reason why you couldn't provided that you rename the .exe so that you know which is which.
The only potential issue that I see is making sure that they use the right configuration files at startup. The only major difference (that I know of) is additional ramping strategies for the Alpha tool that the PRT config doesn't have.
I would give it a go...if it doesn't work, make sure that you have the right config for each when it starts up. They will obviously be pulling from the same SBParts folder...but I am not sure if you are able to change the default to something more useful like PRT_SBParts etc.

Thanks
I gave it a go and it worked. Had to rename folder at install and rename .exe. Configuration files for the alpha and the part are in diffrent folders. The only thing the two share is the custom cuts folder.
