Since i had to have shoulder surgery for torn rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon, i can no longer pick up heavy objects and can't raise my arm above waist level so i know how things like this put a damper on your activities.
You just need to figure out how to do what you normally do, just differently.
I think the term is "work smarter, not harder".

Besides most of what we do on the shopbot can be accomplished with 2 fingers punching the keyboard, you just need an assistant to pick up the material......

You would do well to learn and use this phrase often: "Hey Honey, can you come here for a minute?":D:rolleyes:

Jack have you tried taking heaps of glucosimine? I couldn't undo the collet nut but after a couple of months on 2000 mg a day ZERO problems. Might be worth a try! But yes I use the "honey method" for all heavy lifting! Wonderful method also if you detest sanding.
