USB Speed Test

Hi,

I am having the dreaded comms error issue with my new desktop. I am working through the solutions sytematically:(, not really what I would expect considering the price of the purchase. One thing I have seen referred to is USB speed test and efficiency. What is the test run, is it an OS utility or one provided by Shopbot or 3rd party?

In a standard install it's in c:\program files\shopbot\diagnostics and the program you're looking for is SpeedTest.

Make sure that the ShopBot software is not running while you're running it.
