working with dfx files on vcarve

i have a dfx file made by my friend using artcam they are 94" by 48" and it has about 15 signs on it and i want to take some of them and put them on another file is that possible?:confused:

Yes... it should be.

You should be able to select just the images you want on the other file and export them as a dxf to where you want them.

You might need to "ungroup" the original image collection first though.

You could also start up two copies of Vcarve. Open the DXF file in one and copy/paste the signs into the other copy saving and restarting when you want.

I do this just using layers start a new layer and copy just what you want to it
