well I have been getting bugged to make bigger boxes. this idea is pretty simple but the inside dividers make it harder. I need to redo them but thats not a big deal.
this is a very simple box to draw up. if you want a 12"x12"x6" =box the parts are 12" square bottom and top and 12x6" sides. this one has the sides and bottom cut with a 19 degree bit and the rest a 1/4" endmill. The only real problem to put the bevels on the sides you just need a open vector but you can't nest that.
to build this box you lay it out bevel side down and use tape to tape the sides to the bottom making sure they are perfectly aligned. the hard part is to flip it back over. then fold up the sides to make sure it looks right apply glue and use tape to tape the corners. You want to use the expensive blue tape for this. I will have some more pics tomorrow.

Have you tried to use a 45 bit onion skin it then cut all of your lines.
When dad used to make cabinets he had a jig that he used with a hand held router, he cut the plywood with the 45 leaving just a skin of wood. Then he would route out the shelving with another bit.. When he was finished he took a knife cut the squires out so the whole box folded up and all he had to do was glue clamp and sand the next day.. Each miter was onion skinned... He damped them to allow for bending.

If only the veneer on plywood is thick enough for that. or your table is setup perfectly.
but that gives you different grain directions on the sides. This box is 30x27 and 6.5" tall. flipping it over is going to be hard. if I can do it then I will make the sample out of appleply it is a box for nike for a football jersey and cleats for some high end muckety mucks.

here it is glued up. had to adjust the slots a bit to get it right. I changed how I was going to do this as if you draw it all at once it lines up well with little effort.

Try this to flip the assembly: - assemble like you normally would, just on top of another piece of material with a stop at the bottom (the direction that you are going to flip the box). Then place another piece of material similar to the bottom piece on top and create a sandwich. Then flip the three layers over at the same time - use clamps if necessary.
