A new customer found me on facebook, called and sent an email Tuesday, stopped by with material yesterday, sat and watched it get cut for 68 min. Cuts were of 1/8" hardboard which included: one scene of three witches, one 47" jack-o-lantern, four 23" jack o lanterns, eight black cats, four man in the moons and 146 various sized bats from 6-12" to fill up the space of three sheets. Took 68 min to cut all three by machine time. He was so grateful he almost doubled what i was going to charge him as a gratuity.

He proceeded to tell me how for the passed few years he has been looking for someone to cut these kinds of craft items for him along with the trials and tribulations he's had. He drove a little more then an hour to get to me however the longest trip he's taken was two and a half hours to Buffalo, dropped off material only to not hear from the guy for over a month. He ten found his products cut and for sale from his material on Ebay. He then started ordering some generic chinese made things but always came in damaged and of cheaper material then promised.

With all this, it's no wonder he wanted to wait for his stuff to be cut. He owns and runs a pumpkin farm with hayrides etc. Real nice guy but very cautious. It's nice to find a customer that really appreciates what you can do for them. He'll be back next week with another project.
