Made this for my insurance agent's door. 1/4" mahogany ply. Frosted acrylic panel w/ pocketed applied vinyl acrylic letters. The stand offs are 3/8" acrylic tube w/ acrylic caps and attached from the back with common screws. The white lettering is applied vinyl. The K was a cut out, painted then inserted into the pocketed square. Installed using VB tape.
