Does anybody know how to distort text between two curves in a way that keeps the text vertical (similar to putting text on a curve and selecting that they stay vertical not tangent)? I will try to attache an example. I am trying to keep my text parallel to a straight line on top and the bottom of the text to a vector curve.

Hi Bret,
I don't see a sample picture yet, so is this what you are trying to do?
If so, make sure the lines end at the same X locations. I normally start with a rectangle and then use node editing to shape the bottom and delete the two vertical spans. Then follow the steps to distort between two lines.

Thanks, it is close. I would like to have all the letters stay verticle. See how your L is not straight up and down anymore. I have seen signs like what you have there but the letters remain straight.

If you go to marquis signs.com you will see what I mean when you look at their logo. Thanks.
