partworks 3d straight lines

I am looking for help, with partworks 3d, I have spend the last 3 days trying to figure out why my straight vertical lines when exported as a dxf from rhino or sketch up are not read as straight lines. It seems like if the line is not in line with the x or y axis, it breaks it up, and pw3d create vertical edges where its not suppose to.. I have attached a couple of picture of my partworks 3d settings.

I would appreciate any kind of help, thanks in advance..

The images you have posted are a little too small to read the settings. If you want, email your PW3D,Rhino, and Sketchup files to gibraltarac@gmail.com and I'll take a look.
