I just finished cutting a couple wall templates and noticed the same issue I had before that the cuts do not go thru in spots and cut too deep in others was reported as bug 9/27/2010 still have the old report email and response:(

Have you sent a current export (with the erroneous file loaded) and twd to program@thermwood.com ?

Hi Gary,
It's the same problem that I sent to Thermwood in 2010. Here is the reply from then. Either it got lost along the way or just wasn't a priority for the new build.

Thanks for the supporting files. I have reproduced this and have added an
issue for the programmers. Hopefully this will be resolved for the next
version of the ShopBot Link. It has something to do with the shape of the
part and possibly it being made up of only 1 arc and one line (that is an
assumption at this point). I have tried a few things to but have not been
able to make it work on this part. I will let you know if, after the
programmers have a chance to examine it, we learn any more about how to
work around it.

I understand that you sent a report in back in 2010. The question is: Have you sent in a current report and supporting files so that they know it may still be broken? You need to send it to Thermwood direct, as the programmers seldom monitor this forum.

Hi Gary,
I will try and get to it sometime next week. I was just hoping that issues that were sent in previously would have been dealt with before a new release was made available with new features added.:)

I am sure that they looked at it when you sent it in, but Thermwood doesnt have a ShopBot to test cut with. Thats why I made a post a few weeks back asking for known issues. That post reported a bug, but with no follow up info or test files and another known issue listed as a "feature request".
