sbp file for Tree

Hello everyone,

I do not do anything in 3D and don't have the software to create a 3D sbp file. I want to make a sign for a friend that has a tree on it for their 50th wedding anniversary. Do you know where I can get a free sbp file of a tree? I feel like this is a crazy request and that if I did get anything, I'd have to deal with the size it cut. But I thought I'd ask.
