Scarf Joint

I'm wanting to cut a simple straight line scarf joint in 1/2 plywood. This is not for boat building I just want to join two sections of plywood together yet have a good joint. Does anyone have a simple idea. Bill Young said there was a maybe a file on the website to do this but I can't find it. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
