Ok Guys remember, this late, i am usually drugged, but here goes. Can I plug my dust collector into the same outputs on the board as the router? Turn on key router and dust system start?

Nope.
The router doesn't turn on when you turn the key on, it only closes the circuit so it can be spun up by the contactor.
If you explain exactly what you want to do and why, there's always a way to get it done. I think I know what you want to do, but it wouldn't be right to advise you on "my best guess",

I just want the dust collector, the vacume system and the router to all start and stop at the push of a buton. I have it working on my mach 3 machine, but it required me to purchase additional relays and wire them into the gecko 540.

It's usually done the same way on the ShopBot either with a homemade relay board or the official ShopBot one.

I use this:

Since the "vacuum" and "tool" circuits are separate, I easily hacked this to allow a 240 volt dust collector be turned on by my 120 volt Milwaukee router.
