Ugrading to 4G Controller, Stop Button I Don't Have Is On?

I have rewired the motors, put on the new connectors, installed the software, updated the firmware and the power is getting to the motors, but the Shopbot Software says I need to reset the stop button, but I don't have a stop button. The red light flashes on the screen, and if I try to move it tells me the stop button needs resetting.

I connected the plugs in the back as the instructions showed, with the empty accessory plug on the bottom. My PC is a core2 duo, and has usb 2. I did not use the supplied usb hub because I need a usb cable. I don't think that would cause the problem though.

Any ideas?

Go into the input/output switch modes under values and change . Change input 4 switch to not used or normally open
