Speeds and Feeds for contour cutting polyurethane foam

Anyone have any advice for contour cutting 8lbs polyurethane foam?

I don't want to assume anything here so... are we discussing rigid or flexible foam?

Wow, 8lb foam is pretty light. I imagine you could blast through it pretty quick. Signfoam has some recommended specs on their site http://www.signfoam.com/book.php

That's what I thought and so asked if it was perhaps a dense case liner material.
