Hello Guys,

Could you remind me what is the difference between Partworks and Aspire ?.
Waiting for my 96/48 aLPHA Shopbot in France. It will arrive next week ...
Is there a special price to upgrade from partworks ?.
Merry christmas to all.

Thanks,

Pierre.

Salut Pierre,

Pierre, probably the best answer to your question is to look at the Vectric website and look at their comparison chart between V-Carve Pro (PartWorks equivalent) and Aspire. I believe you can uprade from ShopBot's PartWorks to Aspire for about the cost difference between the two programs. I think you have a year to make this decision. I would look at ShopBot's website and check this out. Both ShopBot and Vectric are easy to correspond with, so if you have any questions in this regard, just deal with them direct. They will respond. I am a happy owner of Aspire and ShopBot Buddy. As far as most of my projects, PartWorks and PartWorks 3D are all that's necessary. Good luck with your new machine and which ever decision you make on the software, you will be happy. joe

PartWorks is the same as VCarve and PartWorks 3D is the same as Cut3D.
