Hi,
Does anyone know the width of the aluminium tslot profile used for X and Y axis on PRS alpha's?
Thanks in advance,

Bosch Rexroth has drawings of the extrusions on their website

Gary,
Thanks, you're right but they have a large selection and I wanted to make sure I knew which to look at - thats why I asked for the widths?

Are you looking for the width of the extrusion or the width of the T slot? The Y beam is a 200 by 400 and the X rails are 75 by 300, I think.

Gary,
Wow they are big and I don't think I've seen extrusions in those dimensions. I assume mm unit given the sizes?
75x300 is larger than the old PRT steel channel (C6x8.2).
Is the Y extrusion end face cross section really 200x400mm?
From the look of the assemblys I've seen I figured X were 40x160 and Y 160x80 or 200x80.

You are correct. The X are 40 by 160. The Y is 100 by 200. Must have had a brainfart on the conversion.
