S-stop, lost steps

[Stagecraft]

Had to do a quick "S" stop yerterday to retrieve a piece of offcut that threatened to get in the way of the next toolpath. When I told the bot to resume cutting I had lost a couple of steps and had to start all over again.
This is something I've seen before, but that was several years ago!
BTW, this is a PRT Alpha with geared motors. :confused:
