I bought my ShopBot just over a year ago and it's been mostly cutting cabinet parts ever since, but once in a while I get to do some fun stuff as well. This is my first post so I hope it works. My customer was having a heck of a time finding a mirror frame to fit her decor, so I played around on V-Carve Pro and came up with these. She loves them (thankfully, it was a sanding nightmare :) )

Those are great looking! Tell me you did not have to sand all those edges by hand.

Lovely work Ben. Only about two miles of edge sanding!

Depending on the material I use a sanding mop from Stockroom Supply, nice folks. I also have built and use one of their drum sander kits and love it. Russ

I used 3/4 MDF. Sanding was a pain, but using a high solids primer from Becker Acroma did the trick. Two coats sealed up the material then one topcoat of conversion varnish. It was a fun little project to break up the monotony of box building :)
