If you want Free eps foam there is a way to get some in your area. Go to your local furniture store and ask them for some foam that the furniture comes in . Most of the furniture comes packaged in boxes and has to be put together at the store . I picked up 4 pieces 3" thick 28" wide and 54" long . Also if you need sheet card board most will give it away also . Hope this helps someone
