I’ve read this post which was back in 2004. It’s mostly about over heating of the router 75182. I have 3 routers that I want to change the bearings and brushes. I also read a post about getting the right bearings to keep from over heating. I think Brady chimed in with the bearing to buy and not buy. I can’t find that post, maybe someone can point me to it.

On the sixth page of the thread you listed above you'll see some good identifying info for the bearings, their part numbers, and a link where you can find distributors...
