probe issues

anyone had trouble with the probe part way into a copy machine deciding to push it's way straight down through the material. ran it twice happened at different locations, second time it trashed the probe. no other issues with the machine. Have used the probe once in the past with another machine and had problems. Wiring checks out. anyone have any thoughts on cause or segestions on another probe.

I have seen this happen. I don't know what version you have (there were 3 at last count), but there is a chance that it needs to be calibrated. Call SB support in the morning and they will be able to look up what version you have and what can be done.
