Pen plotter adapted for vinyl cutting ?

I'm not sure if it can be done ...

I have a Houston Instrument DMP 160 pen plotter I would like to set it up to be used as a vinyl cutter.

Appreciate any advise or links.

Now days you can buy a vinyl cutter so cheap I would not fool around trying to get the pen plotter to be a vinyl cutter, I would just buy a cheap new or even used cutter...
