Artcam user question

I'm using Artcam Insignia 2012 and I'm wondering, is there a way to designate a specific start/stop point on a toolpath?

Not sure if I completely understand your question, but when you're in node editing mode, hover the mouse over a node, right click and choose the option for making that node the start point (or simply type the letter P -- no need to right click). If you want to start any path at a point other than where your nodes are, hover over the desired point, right click and choose to insert a point (or simply type the letter I ).

Full disclosure: I know this to be true in AC Pro, but I am only assuming that these options carry over to Insignia.

That sounds right, I have heard of that but never had a need for it til now. I'm more of the folks at ShopBot call a "power user". I'll see if I can figure it out. Thanks
