I need to get more info from the customer but it is painted and they will be getting someone to hang it as they are 100 miles away. If I do solid wood I have to farm out the glueup and it is a fair amount of wood as they want two. This is on the sea coast too. I was thinking of 3/4" marine plywood and a well painted sign. Not sure if the letters are cut or painted either. I was thinking dibond letters too for a long standing sign. not sure on the artwork yet.

except for the little tree thing I only see two colors, if the customer is open to a slight variation, you could go with colorcore. It is weather resistant and color-fast

I had forgotten about color core. but it may be too expensive. But if I can get two out of one sheet that may go. I have to pay someone to glue that much wood up. they offered me a trade to stay for free so this is going to be a low cost job one way or the other.

Steve, here is the cheapest I found colorcore: http://www.harborsales.net/Products/Plastic.aspx
They also sale completed cedar blanks. The price includes the shipping. If you decide to go with colorcore, Centurion tools has a colorcore v bit.
