I am running ShopBot Version 3.644 and have a new problem. Whenever I want to manually move or jog the carriage to a new position a window always comes up and says "A axis beyond software table limits. Ok to disable limit checking? Yes or No?? I have nothing on A axis and have to disable table Limit checking to move anywhere. Any clues as to what is going on? I have the A axis to the defaults. I have never changed them but now a new problems has arisen.

I'm not sure if this will help but if you are not using the A axis then go ahead and disable it so you don't see it on your screen. That might eliminate your problem.

Daryl...
Do you have a fourth axis enabled? (A Axis)
If one is not present change to 3 axes using [V][D]
Set limits off using command [S][L]
Set the limits for the axes using [V][L]
Move the head to 0,0 and zero the table base coordinates using [Z][T]

Gary I have a 4th axis but it is on "B". I have filled in table limits for "A" axis to different "amounts" but it still doesn't let me move unless I turn off the table limits by way of vL. I will try what you say tomorrow. Thank you!
