How to upgrade Partworks to 3.5?

I am running Partworks 1.102 which I just downloaded from the Drivers/Patches portion of the Shopbot site. I want to jump to version 3.5 but I don't see a download to get from 1.102 to 3.0 which I can then use the patch to get to 3.5.

Can anyone help?
