Carving a dome?

Here's a dumb question. I do not have Aspire. I only have PartWorks. I'm designing a large (4' x 6') cedar sign for a campground, and it will include a large ellipse area that will be hand painted with a colorful lake/pines/sunset scene. I'd like this element to be a shallow dome. Is there ANY way to do this somehow with regular PartWorks, or do I need 3D design software?

You could also purchase ArtCam Express for $149
use the ready created relief library to import a dish re-size to what you need and toolpath.
